Stepping onto the spacious deck, you’ll find the cruising-friendly rig and layout strike an ideal balance between performance and ease of use. The masthead rig features two sets of swept-back spreaders, a split fixed backstay, and a babystay, providing exceptional support and stability, especially in challenging conditions.

The cockpit welcomes you with an ample and inviting U-shape, ergonomically crafted seat backs, and expansive under-seat storage on both port and starboard sides. The helm seat conveniently lifts for easy access to the stern swim step, equipped with a fold-down stainless ladder and a hot and cold shower – perfect for enjoying the water. Non-slip teak decking enhances safety and style, complemented by teak benches, flooring, and a central cockpit table. The helm boasts a luxurious leather-covered steering wheel and a comprehensive instrumentation console featuring Raymarine electronics and compass. All engine controls, including tachometer, engine hours, and fuel gauge, are thoughtfully placed behind the port cockpit seat for easy access.

Below deck, the Sun Odyssey 35 shines with a sunlit and spacious salon adorned with exquisite teak and holly cabin soles. Unlike typical French designs with limited galley space, this model impresses with a generous L-shaped galley to starboard, complete with abundant storage, expansive countertops, a massive freezer/refrigerator combo, microwave, large stove/range, and twin rectangular stainless-steel sinks. A clear splashguard panel ensures the chef remains part of the conversation without sacrificing practicality.

The well-planned two-cabin layout features a cozy double cabin forward, a comfortable U-shaped dinette to starboard, a settee and navigation station to port, and a spacious head with a separate shower.

The master cabin aft offers flexibility for fore-and-aft or transverse sleeping arrangements, ensuring restful nights. You’ll find a full-sized queen berth in the owner’s cabin, complemented by a large hanging locker, ample lighting, and excellent ventilation. The forward v-berth also includes generous storage and ventilation, making every journey comfortable.

Additional thoughtful touches include a large hanging locker for wet weather gear, a head roomy enough for a separate shower stall with a molded bench seat over the electric toilet, and a door separating the shower area from the vanity unit with sink and storage.
