Engine looks and runs like new. In 2025, owners replaced the entire cooling system including heat exchanger, exhaust elbow, all pumps and hoses plus exhaust hose. Also replaced motor mounts, reinforced the alternator bracket, added engine room cooling fans and engine room lights.

There’s a large 42-inch stainless steel Destroyer-style wheel, wrapped in luxurious leather, with a helmsman’s seat that flips up to provide effortless access to transom steps and a refreshing hot water shower. Lewmar winches, positioned on the cockpit coamings, come standard as primary winches, and the spacious cockpit accommodates up to six guests with ease, so everyone can enjoy the journey. For seamless sail handling, all control lines are led aft, and additional Lewmar winches with stoppers are conveniently located port and starboard on the coachroof.

Below deck, the Beneteau 423 welcomes you with a breathtaking interior finished in Douka – a light, mahogany-family wood – accented by a warm cherry-stained varnish. Skylight hatches flood the salon with natural light, complemented by numerous opening ports and hatches for optimal ventilation. The crisp white vinyl headliner, supported by removable wood battens, adds a contemporary touch. For safety and offshore adventure, all interior floorboards and seat hatches are secured with locking devices and bolts.

Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the starboard galley in the two-cabin model, designed for safe and efficient meal preparation underway. Enjoy the practicality of both front- and top-loading refrigeration, a gimbaled stove and induction cooktop, Granicoat countertops with attractive hardwood fiddles, ample storage in overhead lockers and under-stove drawers, and a built-in microwave nook.

The navigation station, situated to port, features a spacious chart desk with storage beneath, an outboard electrical panel, and dedicated space for navigation instrumentation.

Behind the nav station is a full head and shower, followed by the aft guest cabin, which offers an inviting athwartship double berth, a generous hanging locker, and a handy dressing seat.

The clever main saloon layout pushes the saloon right to the hull sides, maximizing living space. Storage is abundant, with louvered-door lockers outboard and a handsome bookshelf gracing the bulkhead. In the two-cabin configuration, enjoy a comfortable U-shaped dinette to starboard with wraparound seating, and a portside settee with additional storage above and behind.

At the bow, the luxurious owner’s stateroom features a superb centreline double berth and a portside settee, complete with a private ensuite head and separate shower stall for ultimate privacy and comfort. Hull-side shelves and generous under-berth drawers offer ample stowage, and the owners have additionally provided a custom, upgraded mattress.

Electrical Systems

The batteries, solar, and electrical systems have been heavily upgraded including switches, fuses, etc. to be highly functional. A normal use day at anchor uses only 30% of battery capacity. Lightning protection runs from mast down to keel.

Sails

Very well configured sail platform that makes single-handed sailing a breeze and safe due to stack-pack style main. Running rigging in excellent condition and well found.

Deck

Included are a lot of small common items that make cruising life easier: UV Dock filtration system, Folding dock cart, 4 extra diesel fuel jugs, Beach Umbrella, Polisher/buffer, pressure washer, Magma rail mounted BBQ with pizza stone.

Mechanical

All systems function well and are maintained by a detailed owner.
