Legacy commission rates of 10% are the old way doing things. We believe in fair representation, putting more money in our seller's pockets. So we've streamlined our processes to cut out the fat. Additionally, we only work with a select number of boats at a time to ensure quality of service — but every client benefits from our optimized 8% model.

Most sellers have heard: “Your boat has to be on Yachtworld to sell.” That might have been true years ago, but the market has changed. Here’s what most sellers don’t realize: Yachtworld is on the decline, with buyer traffic shrinking. Search features are outdated, making it harder (not easier) for your boat to get found. And the data is in: after running listings on the platform for over 5 years, less than 10% of our sales came from Yachtworld leads. Today’s serious buyers use a wider mix of online tools and organic social platforms... not just one old, overpriced listing site.

We only sell seaworthy, ready or “near-ready” to cruise vessels that we believe will sell readily for the benefit of both the seller and the buyer. To ensure a timely sale at the highest price possible, we will perform a market analysis with a comparison of competing boats currently for sale, recent sales history and a measure of overall market conditions.
